This error will occur in Revel when a user tries to apply a reward on the Revels UI by selecting the reward from a list that has already been staged in the mobile app by the guest for redemption.
- When a redemption code is activated in the app, the redeemable becomes "staged" or "activated".
- This "staged" code can be used at the POS by scanning the QR code or manually entering in the numbers under the QR code.
