This error will occur in Revel when a user tries to apply a reward using Revel's user interface by selecting a reward from the list that has already been staged in the mobile app by the guest.
- When a redemption code is activated in the app, the redeemable becomes "staged" or "activated"
- This "staged" code can be used at the POS by scanning the QR code or manually entering the numbers under the QR code
