Segments of type "Custom List" allow you to specify email addresses manually to create a segment. This can be done by manual entry in the text field, or through the upload of a CSV file which contains the email addresses of the guests to be added in this manner.
When uploading a CSV file containing guests, sometimes you may encounter that 0 guests are being captured after waiting for the segment to complete processing.
Confirm that no non-email address entries are present in the CSV file. These can cause issues when importing the segment.
For example, if the first row of the CSV file contains something such as "Email Address", this can cause issues:
Any rows/entries containing non-email addresses should be removed from the CSV file, then attempt the import again.
