
Pending refresh loyalty status on the timeline is due to 2 reasons:
- Receipt Update Delay - This feature designates a number of minutes the system delays intentionally before updating the system with the final version of the receipt. NOTE: this feature requires a Punchh Admin to access.
- Order is stuck - This requires assistance from Punchh. Please submit a support ticket. (For help submitting a ticket, click here)
NOTE: If you are using test receipts, please specify the receipt time. Otherwise, the system will assign a random time that could be a time in the future and will show the Pending Refresh Loyalty until the receipt time passes. For example, if it is now 9/1/2020 8 am but the test receipt you create for today 9/1/2020 shows a time of 7 pm, then you will see a Pending Refresh Loyalty until 7 pm.
