You'll want to reach out to NCR to confirm the Store ID provided is accurate, then ensure it matches up exactly with what is entered in Punchh:
Double-check that the value entered in the Punchh platform does not contain any spaces/other characters in this field.
Any characters other than the numbers, such as a space before or after, can lead to an error when NCR attempts to validate the location.
