In order to check for a new version of Aloha:
- Restart the Aloha Punchh monitor service ; wait 15 minutes and restart the Punchh Monitor Service.
- Try reinstalling Punchh again
- If you are expecting a new version of Punchh and a new version is not picked up from communication to Punchh, please contact support
Note: Punchh automatically checks for updates every evening and downloads when available. Keep in mind that depending on your Back of House computer's configuration, .NET, Aloha Version etc... Punchh versions can differ.
