This account is responsible for sending reminder emails and other messages configured in the Punchh Platform's notification templates. (Example: Sign up campaigns, retry checkins, feedback replies, etc). Guest cannot unsubscribe from these.
This account is responsible for sending campaigns.
To locate the actual email address used for this account and the transactional account, do the following:
- Navigate to Whitelabel > Services > Email
NOTE: If you do not have access to Whitelabel, please send a ticket to Support to provide you the account email addresses.
