When viewing the Feedback page of the Punchh Platform, not all historical guest feedback will be shown by default. Sometimes it may appear that there is no Feedback present for one or more locations.
Usually, this occurs due to the time range specified. By default, it will look for Feedback from the past 7 days:
If you're not seeing any Feedback in this timeframe, try specifying a larger timeframe in the past to determine if there has been Feedback submitted, just not in the past 7 days.
In this example, when we look at the whole month of June instead of the past 7 days, we're able to see additional Feedback:
