Generally, when there is no pull in data (User name, email, etc) saved for the surveys, we are not able to view the detailed results on our end.
While creating a Typeform survey we have an option to add the hidden field. When a user opens the app to fill in the survey form, the data for the hidden fields (name, etc) will be saved in our response and we would be able to see that data in the detailed results.
