Yes. For businesses with 'points unlock redeemables' earning structures that use guest inactivity as the determining factor for when to expire check ins, expiration of points for inactivity can be retroactively extended but not directly from within the platform.
Expiry extensions moving forward can be extended directly from within the platform but past check ins would have to be extended behind the scenes.
