Punchh has 6 ordering checkin channels that are supported in our Qualification Criteria processing that can be used for receipt tagging.
Supported ordering channels for Checkins and receipt tagging:
- Online Orders
- Point Of Sale
- Web
- Mobile
- Chatbot
- Kiosk
Note: If a new ordering channel needs to be added for tagging you will need to add this as a line item/menu item on the receipts or reach out to your Punchh CSM as they will need to submit this as a feature request.
