Currently, all fields that are available for in the Qualification Criteria setup for checkins can be used for receipt tagging. For effective tagging, we always recommend keeping this as simple as possible so no receipts get missed in the tagging process as explained (Here).
Included fields in the Qualification Criteria for receipt tagging:
Note: Line Item Filters and Item Qualifiers require adding Line Item Selectors containing menu items to be filtered on the receipts or the tagging will not work.
- Line Item Filters: Filters used to select applicable Menu Items.
- Item Qualifiers: Receipt must pass all eligibilities below to allow processing function to be triggered.
- Receipt Qualifiers: These are the other fields sent to Punchh in the receipt details that are not Line Items on the receipt. You can use any available receipt qualifiers as seen below for tagging.
Note: The most commonly used for tagging are Ordering Channel, Receipt Hour, and Revenue code or Revenue ID. These are used for determining if the order was online or in-store using the Ordering Channel and Lunch Dinner Brunch Happy Hour tec. Using Revenue Code and ID or Receipt hour
