Changing a Location API key is only needed in rare circumstances and should be used as a last resort to solve an issue with a location. You can generate a new Location API Key for a location by selecting the location from the list in Settings > Locations.
From here, you can see the Location API key by pressing the POS tab and scrolling down to Location key:
The following step to change this value should only be done as required if instructed by a Punchh employee.
To generate a new location API key, press Location Operations in the top right and select Regenerate Tokens. A new location API key will be populated in the field shortly after this has been done.
