First, find your Receipt Tag by navigating to Guests > Receipt Tags in the Punchh Platform and selecting it from the list.
Once the Receipt Tag page is loaded, you should see a button in the top right to Create Segment:
This will bring up the New Segment creation window, and should be populated with a Segment Type of Contains Receipt Tag(s):
"Contains Receipt Tag(s)" segments must specify the desired Receipt Tag to filter guests by under Segment Attributes:
Now you have two options for determining which of the guests with qualifying tagged receipts will fall into the segment:
% of Receipts: The percentage of total receipts for a guest tagged with this Receipt Tag. For example, if a guest had 5 total receipts and 1 of these was tagged, their "% of receipts" would be 20%. In order to capture ALL guests who had at least 1 receipt tag, you could use the "More than" operator and enter 0 as the minimum value.
Sum Quantities: This function will use the value generated by the processing function used in the Qualification Criteria that you set up for the Receipt Tag. In many situations, this is configured to be the Sum of Quantities and can be used to get a total of the number of times a particular line item was found on a receipt.
See this article for more information when using Sum Quantities:
Why is my Receipt Tag segment not working using sum quantities?
