If an active Post Checkin Campaign is requiring multiple checkins to fire this is usually because an active (retroactive) segment is attached.
- If you attach an active segment to a Post Checkin Campaign the guest will need to fall into the segment-first to be eligible for the campaign.
- Once eligible for the campaign the system will start looking for their next checkin to fire off the campaign for the guest.
- If you intend for a Post Checkin Campaign to fire off for guests after their first qualifying check-in, you should attach a Menu Item Qualification to the campaign.
- When you attach a checkin Qualification Criteria to a Post Checkin Campaign, the campaign will only be looking for checks that pass the Qualification Criteria to send the campaign out to the Guests
Note: If you still wish for only the guests that fall into a specific segment to be eligible for the campaign you must use a complete segment when you first set this up, retroactive segments will not work.
