NETWORK FIREWALL VALIDATION
From the each of the POS tablets, open a web browser navigate to the following web pages:
https://isl.punchh.com/ping
https://pos.punchh.com/ping
https://api.punchh.com/ping
Each web page should return a plain white page with OK. If any page doesn't return OK, the firewall needs to be reviewed to ensure the correct rules are in place.

If you continue to experience communication issues with a location after confirming the POS firewall is working correctly, please submit a ticket to Punchh Support outlining the steps taken to confirm the firewall.
