If you're seeing a different point balance displayed in the iFrame than the value shown in the mobile app or on the Guest Timeline, it could be due to a setting controlled in the Punchh Platform.
Go to Whitelabel > iFrame Configuration and click on the Customize Text tab. Check whether "Show point balance on iFrame?" is selected here:
If this is selected, un-check the box and press Update at the bottom. Once this is done, check the point balance displayed in the iFrame again to see if the correct value appears. If it does not, please reach out to Punchh Support by submitting a ticket from the link below this article.
