"No QR Code" error is displayed when the receipt does not have the QR code to scan and location is enabled for QR code.
Scroll down to the location settings by scrolling down to the "Punchh Platform >> Settings >> Locations >> POS", check the Validation type and POS Type is correct or not.
However, running a test transaction on the location to confirm whether the issue still persist or not and then if the issue still persist please check the POS settings on the location where the issue is getting replicated will help to fix the issue.
Please note the receipt must print QR code if the validation type is selected as QR Code.
