First, you'll want to confirm the location has completed the Punchh Installation including setting up the firewall settings to allow communication. Please see this guide for more information: Revel POS Firewall Setup
If the location is confirmed to see "OK" on all terminals but the location is still not passing receipt data to Punchh, it could be due to the location not being configured by Revel to allow communication with Punchh.
For any new locations using the Revel POS, please reach out to Revel support for assistance getting the location configured for Punchh on their end.
If the location continues to see issues after Revel has taken these steps, please submit a ticket to Punchh Support.
