We can mass remove Currency form guest accounts if the request is valid. The process for this is detailed below.
Note: We will not just do this for any reason. If a campaign was sent out by mistake gifting a large amount of currency to many users would be a valid reason.
1. Submit a ticket to support.punchh.com containing a CSV proving a list of guest's email addresses, user ID, and the currency quantity to be removed from their accounts.
The CSV for removal will need to be in the same format as seen below.
2. The support team will send the list back with notes on any necessary changes and a request for approval of the list from an Admin at the brand with the authority to approve this list.
3. After the list is approved we will spot check and make sure the data is correct before escalating.
