A Reward Status segment can be used to identify guests based on the status and/or number of rewards present in their account.
Once you've set the segment attributes, a Redeemable will need to be selected in order to capture guests with the reward in their account. If no Redeemable is selected there will be zero guests captured by the segment.
If the Redeemable field looks like the below, make sure you select the desired Redeemable from the list and press Save to update your segment:
