Punchh support has a tool that can apply a new expiry to any redeemable gifted through a mass offer campaign, at the campaign level. Please remember that once the new expiry is applied, it will not be enforced until the rolling expiry schedule for the business runs. Typically, this runs daily, but can be configured uniquely, per business, according to your needs.
