- No, Punchh support representatives do not have the ability to add or remove Admin Users for a business in their Punchh Platform. Because of this we also can not make changes to their roles or permissions.
- If any changes need to be made to admin user access levels please contact your brand's corporate office or an applicable Administrator to get this accomplished.
