There are multiple issues to look for when this scenario arises. Make sure the address is correct and OLO has the store marked as active. Also, it is essential that the OLO location ID and address match what we have in your POS system and the Punchh Platform.
- If there are mismatched Olo Store IDs, orders from this location will generally default to another location so the guest can still earn.
- If the business has an Online Order Default Locations set up on the backend in the Punchh Platform these orders will check-in at that location.
