This can be because the address is incorrect or OLO may have marked the store “in-active”. One of the most common issues is a store number mismatches between OLO and your store number. It is essential that the OlO location ID and addresses match what we have in your POS system and the Punchh Platform.
- If there are mismatched Olo Store IDs, orders from this location will generally default to another location so the guest can still earn.
- If the business has an Online Order Default Locations set up on the backend in the Punchh Platform these orders will check-in at that location.
