If you gifted a redeemable, points, or currency to a guest and the rewards are not populating on the guest's timeline, this could be a syncing issue and the account may need a refresh. Refreshing a guest's account refers to syncing all the data of the guest's timeline.
Note: Only Punchh admin can perform an account refresh.
