To create a follow up support ticket to a ticket that has already been resolved or closed:
- Log into the support portal using single sign on- How do I access the Punchh Support Portal? (Single Sign On)
- In the upper right hand corner click on your name
- In the subsequent dropdown click on "my activities"
- Select the ticket you wish to create a follow up to in the list that follows
- Scroll to the bottom of the body of the ticket
- Click on "create a follow up"
