In order to send text messages to your guests, the SMS feature needs to be set up and enabled by your business. If you're not sure if your business has this functionality, please reach out to your Punchh Customer Success Manager for more information.
A text message can be configured when sending a campaign with messaging to your guests. The SMS message is set on step two of Campaign setup in the SMS Body field:
Once you've entered the text for your message, this will send along with your campaign once it has processed.
Note that in order for guests to receive text messages, they must have opted in to receive SMS communication during sign up or edit their existing Account Profile to allow text messaging.
