At times it is necessary to transfer Guests from one Favorite Location to a different Location, such as a store permanently closing. This can be done for eClub guests, Loyalty guests, or both.
Performing a Guest migration between Favorite Locations must be done by a Punchh Admin. Once the migration has been run, this cannot be undone.
If you'd like to request a Guest migration between Locations, please reach out to your Punchh Customer Sucess Manager or Support confirming which Locations you are looking to transfer guests between and whether you're looking to transfer eClub guests, Loyalty guests, or both.
