When a new Receipt Tag is created it will not be activated until an admin user manually chooses to activate the tag.
This must be done in the editing area of the Qualification Criteria you are using to generate the receipt tag:
Once the Activate Tag! button at the top-right is pressed, the Receipt Tag will now be applied to all past and future transactions meeting your criteria.
