If guests are reporting an issue with marketing emails not being received while they are still receiving transactional emails (see above), check the following:
First, verify the guest is listed as subscribed in the Punchh Platform.
Next, if able to access, verify the guest is subscribed in SendGrid.
Lastly, have the guest add the marketing email address to the trusted sender list in their email client. This will bypass any aggressive spam filters and allow the messages to be received.
