The Max Redemption configuration usually set up during implementations is only applied to orders utilizing our mobile API. From the mobile app, the Max Redemption amount will be validated. On orders placed through the iframe (web-based) and point of sale, guests will be able to redeem the actual balance on their account.
Note: If Max Redemption limitations need to be added to these other channels, please reach out to your online ordering or point of sale provider for assistance.
