This error occurs when a guest tries to scan a receipt that was voided at the Point of Sale:
It appears on a guest's timeline as seen below. If the barcode is looked up in Punchh using barcode search or lookup, the receipt banner will show as red. This is the tell tale sign that the receipt was voided at the point of sale.
