This error occurs when a guest tries to scan a receipt that was voided at the Point of Sale:
It appears on a guest's timeline as seen below. If the barcode is looked up in Punchh using barcode search or lookup, the receipt banner will show as red. This is a sign that the receipt was voided at the point of sale.
