If all Punchh functions (i.e. earning and redeeming) are working correctly in the store but not in online ordering with Olo. This is because this location is not set up for loyalty in Olo. Olo has two separate settings that need to be enabled in their platform for per location.
- Enable Loyalty - Controls earning in Punchh for online orders and Punchh rewards showing up as an option in the ordering flow.
- Enable Coupon - Controls coupons being available as an option in the ordering flow in the mobile app and web pages.
