Punchh has added a new function to help support clients during Covid-19. The newly added function extends the expiration of rewards and points for guests.
- A specific date range of already expired rewards or points can be provided as a request to your Punchh CSM e.g. all guests whos rewards or points expired April 1st through April 30th.
- These guests' rewards can be unexpired and restored to their accounts.
- Requests will need to be sent to your Punchh CSM directly.
Note: Requests for the restoration of previously expired rewards go through an escalation process and will take some time to complete.
