Reward Status segments filters for guests based on rewards status (Honoured/ Expired or Available) and/or the number of rewards in their account.
To create a segment based on a Reward status,
- Navigate to Segments > Redemptions Drop-down > Reward Status > New Segment
- Select the attribute as "Status", "Operator = IS", "Value = Expired/Honored/Available"
- Select the redeemable and the duration
- Save the changes made.
