Using the Message/Gift feature allows an admin user to send a Guest a direct message, usually with a gift or points attached as a support activity.
The email message delivered to the guest is controlled by the Feedback Reply notification template which can be found under Settings > Notification Templates.
If the Feedback Reply notification template is not enabled like in the image above, your Message/Gift emails will NOT be sent to the guest.
