If most guests are not receiving birthday or anniversary campaigns It is a good possibility that no Anniversary Schedule is configured. If a schedule is not set most guests will not receive these rewards.
Note: If active Anniversary or Birthday Campaigns are not deactivated the system will still randomly choose some guests to give the reward to if they still fit in the segment.
- Having an anniversary campaign schedule configured correctly will trigger and ensure that ALL eligible guests are captured and rewarded, appropriately.
- These can be configured by clicking Edit Schedule/Schedule under Campaigns > Anniversary or by finding the section under Support > Schedules > Schedule Type > + New Anniversary Campaign Schedule.
