"Warning, Pickup is not available" indicates Pickup is not an available option when placing an online order through the app. In this situation, you'll also have Delivery or Curbside as an option.
Have the guest select one of the other available options and the guest will be able to complete their online order.
This error can also indicate Pickup is disabled on OLO's end, reach out to OLO and they can confirm if Pickup is enabled.
