In some situations, you may see the number of redemptions for a given time period be greater than the number of checkins.
This could be expected depending on the type of campaigns that were run in the given time period. Coupon and Promo Code campaigns typically target both Loyalty and non-Loyalty guests.
If there were a number of non-Loyalty guests who were gifted a redeemable as part of a campaign, this would cause an increase in the number of redemptions. Checkins can only be recorded for Loyalty guests, so these guest activities would expectedly increase the number of redemptions without increasing the number of checkins.
