If the Punchh discount is being passed to the POS but the receipt is displaying an incorrect discount amount or subtotal, it may be due to the menu items not being eligible for discount in the Aloha POS configuration.
On your Aloha BOH configuration, make sure all of your menu items are put into the “All Items” group under the “Categories” tab on Aloha.

Once these steps have been taken and an incorrect discount persists at the POS, please submit a ticket to Punchh Support by following the link under the article.
