Yes. Each question within a checkin survey is not mandatory when using SMG surveys. However, the guest will be warned that they have not provided an answer to the survey question before being able to move the the next question.
Checkin surveys trigger according to qualification criteria set up by your business in the checkin survey campaign. The provide the guest with a custom series of questions related to their purchase or experience or both. These questions can be defined by the business and contain many dependencies as well as "skip logic".
