Generally, this happens when the brand has provided access to the Appfigures service account after the business was live. So, when the App downloads Schedule ran, only the last 30 days app downloads data was synced from Appfigures service account on the Punchh Dashboard instead of the complete data since the business is live.
Thus, we are unable to see the complete app downloads data since the business is live.
