Generally, this happens when the app downloads data from the appfigures account is not getting synced to our Punchh Dashboard. Please confirm if the appfigures service account has the Finance role access at the time of Business getting live. If the access is not provided, the app downloads data will not be synced on the Punchh Dashboard.
