Facebook sign-in must be configured by a Punchh admin for your organization. If Facebook sign-in is enabled but the proper settings are not in place, guests will receive this error when trying to sign in:
In order to resolve this, you'll need to enter the Facebook App ID and Facebook App Secret in the Punchh Platform. These can be found in your Facebook developer portal.
This can be accessed by going to Whitelabel > Services from the navigation pane, then clicking the Facebook tab at the top:
Once the values are entered and you've pressed "Update Facebook", this will be updated and should resolve the issue.
