If a guest receives a Minimum Amount error, but the total for the receipt is greater than what is set as the Minimum Amount, there are a few things to check:
- Check the guest's Timeline and find the error. Then, find the amount which will look like
- When you look up the barcode, you can verify by totaling the items.
The amount shown in Amount and Subtotal is not a calculation of the items but a value derived from an API call and when a guest redeems points, the calculation is done based on the total of the items.
