Handoff messaging is controlled by your online ordering provider but does display within the Punchh app ordering flow, depending on the capability of your online ordering provider.
Note: For apps to show custom messages, you must have the latest version of your app updated on both the Android and iOS app stores
In order to update your app after defining the custom messaging with your online order provider, please contact your customer success representative for engagement with our technical account management team.
Typical messages would display such as:
"Thank you for your curbside order. Be sure to call the store once you arrive"
