If a user has a code for getting 100% off an item but they are unable to apply it, please check the following:
- Check the Campaign associated with the coupon and verify the code is for 100% and the name of the Qualifying Criteria (Qualification)
- Check to see if the Qualifying Criteria has a Line Item Filter set up that matches the item that is being discounted. If it is, then you'll have confirmation that the guest needs to have that item included in the transaction.
