A location's phone number may have changed or have been entered incorrectly in Punchh causing the incorrect phone number to display in the Mobile App. To update the phone number, complete the steps below:
- Click Settings > Locations > Search for the corresponding Location > click on the name of the Location
- Under the Location tab scroll, halfway down and enter the location's phone number
- Click Update at the bottom of the page and the phone number will be updated in the App
*Note: it may take some time for the system to process the update and reflect it in the app
