With Toast POS, barcodes not printing can be the symptom of two missing/incorrect settings.
1. Is the location approved for loyalty, and are barcodes enabled in the Punchh platform?
To verify, navigate to Settings > Locations > Find your location > Click on Location Operations and make sure that the following settings are enabled:
- Disable Barcode Generation
- Enable for Loyalty Checkins
Note: These settings can seem backwards. If the setting says "Disable" that means it's currently enabled.
2. Does this location have an External POS Store Identifier (Toast V3 Only)?
Ensure that your Toast Store GUID is entered under:
Settings > Locations > Find your location > POS tab> External POS Store Identifier field.
