If users are not able to see the Reports section on the Punchh platform, you'll need to configure their Role to have permission to access Reports.
To do this, navigate to Settings > Admin Users and press the Roles tab
Select the applicable role to enter edit mode. Once there, you'll want to scroll down or search for "Report" and make sure the "Control Access to Report Center" permission is granted for the Role:
You'll also want to make sure the "Allow Access to Reports Section" permission is granted:
Press Save to apply the changes. Your users in this Role will now be able to access Reports.
